Q: Can you dispatch engineers or a team for project installation?

A: Yes. We provide detailed installation drawings and videos free of charge, and can additionally offer installation guidance,
on-site supervision, and operational training services. However, the buyer is responsible for covering the technical personnel's visa fees, round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, and wages.



Q: Delivery lead time?

A: Lead time depends on order quantity. Typically, goods can be shipped to the nearest port in China within 30 days after receiving the deposit.
